How to Book
Our 24 hour phone service will assist you to get information about tour details and booking or contact us per fax or E-Mail.
Accommodation
Our tour program is based on Adventure Tour, so You will stay at a home stay, small hotel or even on the boat on Komodo tours.
Insurance
To avoid the risk during the tour, it’s suggested that participants have their own insurance, which should cover, medical, surgical and dental and additional expenses, baggage, lose of money, personal accident and personal liability.
Condition of Sale
Reservation should be made a few days in advance or at least 3 days prior to departure from Bali. Reservation confirm action is subject to the seat and room availability, 50 % cancellation fee would apply for cancellation made within 1 day prior to departure.
Children rates apply as follows
2 – 10 years of age : is charged 75 % of adult rate
11 years and up : considered as adult and will be charged full-rate
Tour programs
All the tour programs of Flores Exotic tours will be organize in Private tours, small group and focus on eco tours, trekking, hiking, bird watching and adventure tours
Price and validity
All tour price on quoted net per person in IDR/USD and EURO
Tour Guide and Transportation
Our guides are members of Indonesian Tour guide Association. They have been working as tour guide in Bali and Flores, so trust them to show you Flores and Komodo on the best service. We have AC Coach, Mini Bus (L.300) or Bus, and even Truck depend on the tour program.
Liability
Komodoislandtour.com will use all reasonable endeavours to arrange tours and package itinerated. We reserve the right to vary or curtail any such tour or package itinerary. We will seek to provide alternatives tours itineraries possible, however we assure no further liablity what so ever for any third party in relation to the portion of any verised arrangement. Komodoislandtour.com will act only in the capacity of an agent for tours, transportation and hotels and will there for have to disclaim responsibility for any damage, loss, injuries including death, accidental delays and irregularities beyond of our control.
